Annual Company Accounts
All Companies must provide an annual set of accounts to Companies House. We can create these accounts and explain them to you, as well as submitting the Accounts to Companies House through iXBRL, as is now required.
Capital Gains
If you make a 'one off' sale of an asset, for example a second home or part of your business, we can advise on reliefs available and submit the relevant paperwork.
CIS and Subcontractors
The construction industry requires deductions to be made at source when paying contractors. We can assist companies with making the deductions and administering this correctly and contractors with claiming this against their self assessment tax returns.
